As a Reserve Firefighter, you will be working with on duty crews as a working firefighter. Your duties will include all of those that the full-time staff perform, i.e.; apparatus checks, station duties, providing excellent customer service to our citizens, and being a part of the NLCFPD family.
The program is a training position and an excellent way to improve your skills as a firefighter while working as a part time employee for the district.
The Reserve Firefighter program is currently run by FF/Paramedic Jim Clouser and is overseen by Chief Cleveland and D.C. Huntley.
Periodically the NLCFPD will recruit new candidates interested in the reserve firefighter position and program, check back on this page often for the most up to date information.
